Returns for iROLEWIN products are handled through Amazon, under the standard Amazon return policy that applied to your purchase.
The short version
Most items can be returned within 30 days of delivery in new and unused condition. That is the promise you already have on any Amazon order, and buying through this site does not change it.
How to start a return
- Sign in to Amazon and open Your Orders.
- Find the order and choose Return or replace items.
- Choose your reason and print the label, or select a drop-off point.
Refunds
Refunds are issued to your original payment method by Amazon once the return is received, normally within 3–5 business days.
Faulty or incorrect items
If something arrives damaged, faulty or wrong, start a return through Your Orders on Amazon and message us there with your order number and a photo. We will sort it out.
Size and fit
The most common return reason for our capes is height. Please check the size guide before ordering — adult capes are cut for wearers over 5 ft 3 in.
